Access guidance
- We have areas where you can sit, however, seats are limited and it is advised to bring your own folding chairs. There may well be some standing required as you wait your time slot in the plane. We do not have overcrowded areas and you can maintain distances from othersmay also be unexpected. Please be aware the whole experience can last between 1 and 2 hours.
- Registration and waiting areas areas all have level access and accessible toilets. You may need assistance boarding the plane which is slightly above wheelchair height.
- The carpark is 20m from the Reception and there is a further 20 m walk to the paddock where you will board the plane.
- There are wheelchair accessible toilets.
- Assistance dogs are permitted, but we do have to ensure that for their own protection they are not in the immediate vicinity of the plane or runway.
- We recommend you bring someone with you in order to support your access requirements. The plane is a 2 seater, so they will not be able to join you in flight.
- If you require information in larger print, please ask. All instruction is completed on a one to one basis at your pace.
