Access guidance
- We have table service available in our Studio Bar and Courtyard.
- Both our cinemas, Studio Bar and Courtyard have level access with ramps to cover the few steps that we have. If you check out the accessibility FAQ page on our website, we have advice on the best seats for wheelchair users to book.
- Our venue is quite compact and there are plenty of seats, so visitors never have to walk a long distance in one go.
- From Screen 1 and the Studio Bar exit door it is 12-15 metres to the accessible toilets.
- All dogs are very welcome in our Studio Bar and Courtyard (the Courtyard is concrete) and water bowls can be provided upon request.
- Carer tickets are free of charge – when booking your chosen date, please use the code CARERTICKET before selecting your seats. Each Carer's ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. When arriving on the day, we will ask to see a valid CEA or PIP letter as evidence of providing personal care – if you are unable to provide this, we may refuse you entry or ask you to pay the full admission price for that section.
- We have plenty of staff on hand willing and able to give any information verbally.
- We occasionally have subtitled screenings.
