Bicester Village is a designer outlet shopping centre on the outskirts of Bicester, a town in Oxfordshire, England. It is owned by Value Retail plc. The centre opened in 1995. The centre is the second most visited location in the United Kingdom by Chinese tourists, after Buckingham Palace.

- Seating is available throughout the Village. If you require assistance, please ask the nearest Village host or a staff member in a boutique.
- All the boutiques are accessible by wheelchair and lifts are available in boutiques with multiple floors. The loan of wheelchairs in both standard and large sizes is available from the Guest Concierge or Guest Services, located next to Bicester Village Station, subject to availability.
- Accessible toilets are located in all seven of our washrooms and don't require RADAR key access. Each washroom is fitted with an emergency pull cord, grab rails, wider doors and lowered sinks
- We welcome all assistance dogs to the Village. If your dog requires a water bowl, please ask a member of our Concierge team.
