- To use the adapted access procedures at our attractions, you can start at the beginning receive a wristband of your visit at our information desk at the front of the park. Keep in mind that there may also be additional safety conditions to guarantee everyone's safety. You can enter the attraction via an alternative entrance with a red wristband. That is often the exit of the attraction. Please note that the wristband is not a priority wristband. The waiting time through this entrance may be as long as that of the regular queue. Our employees are not authorized to assist visitors with disabilities. That's the responsibility of a supervisor. This must be at least 16 years old. To an attendant are asked to always accompany the visitor with a disability. They are at any time responsible for the person they accompany.
- Assistance dogs are allowed in the most pleasant country and get free entry. Keep in mind that your four-legged friend must be provided with an official dog coat or brace.
- You and your companion are entitled to a discount on presentation of your parking card for people with a disability, European Disability Card, doctor's certificate or Autipas .
