Access Card notes
We believe that everyone should be able to join in the fun, so we've created SEND accessible sessions of our popular Laser Tag experience, for those that need it. 1 Hour of action for only £17.50pp, saving 30% compared with our general sessions price, PLUS FREE CARER SPACES mean everyone can play together without breaking the bank. These sessions are specially designed to make our laser tag games accessible to those with special educational needs and disabilities. Here are the steps we take to create a more relaxed environment, whilst keeping all the fun! - We increase the ratio of marshals to players, to ensure we can provide additional support as required. - We allow longer for the briefing, to ensure there is plenty of time for any questions and that everyone understands how to use the equipment before the session starts. - We keep the house lights on, so it is easier to navigate environment and the effect of the 'flashing' from the laser tag packs is minimised. - We reduce the volume of the music in the arena. - We turn off the smoke machine. - We tailor the game modes used in the session to the needs and abilities of the group. - We offer free carer places

Access guidance
- Seating is available for those who need it within our reception and briefing areas whilst you wait for the session start.
- Bunker 51 is located on the ground level and there are no steps that are required to be used. On one of the gaming arenas, there is a small area of gravel which can be difficult to negotiate in a wheelchair, but the main space has a level concrete floor with ramps for any change in height.
- It is not necessary to travel long distances at Bunker 51. We have a car park adjacent to the building and once inside, it is a compact space.
- Any player is welcome to leave their session at any time should they require to use the toilet facilities. Please just let us know if and when you need to go. You will be escorted to the toilet and then able to rejoin the session when it is safe to do so. If there is a queue for the facilities, our team member will ensure that the player is able to move to the front to reduce waiting time as much as possible.
- A water bowl is available upon request. There is a small grassy area at the end of the road, approximately 200m away, for toileting.
- We offer free carer spaces, so everyone can join in the fun and be supported as well as possible.
- Our laser tag briefing is partly video and partly spoken by the marshal on the day. The video focuses on how to use the sensor vest and marker, by pointing out various areas and buttons. We can give players a pack and direct their hands to the various areas as the video is playing, so they can see and feel what is being described. We can also offer our Paintball, Junior Paintball and Airsoft briefings in a visual format upon request. Please let us know upon booking if this is something you require.
- We have a version of the briefing video which includes subtitles and a system of hand signals/lights to alert to games starting/ending etc. We are not able to provide a sign language interpreter, but you are welcome to bring someone along, free of charge.
- Please note that age restrictions apply: Laser Tag 6+ Junior Paintball: 8-12 only Paintball & Airsoft: 12+ Our games are not recommended for those with heart problems or are pregnant. Laser Tag is not suitable for those with a pace maker, due to the proximity of the electronics contained within the sensor vest.
