Access guidance
- Cedars Hall has a level entrance with automatic doors, an adapted toilet and a maximum of six wheelchair spaces in the Auditorium. Wheelchair users can often book tickets online, but for those events that do not have reserved wheelchair seating, they should contact the box office directly to purchase tickets.Tickets will be offered at 20% discount.
- We have a limited number of disabled parking spaces located a short walk from Cedars Hall's main entrance. Access from the car park to the entrance is step free. Please contact the box office to let us know if you will require disabled parking space, which are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please contact us in advance if you intend to bring your assistance dog.
- We offer free personal assistant or essential companion tickets, subject to proof.
- Cedars Hall has two types of hearing device available to patrons: a necklace (to use with your own hearing aid with a 'T' setting) and a headset (to use without your own hearing aid). Please pre-book one of your devices free of charge to ensure availability on 01749 834483
