Access guidance
- There is a special car parking area nearer to the main entrance for blue badge holders. We cannot always guarantee a space and therefore it is important to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
- Nearly all paths are flat and are tarmac surfaced. All restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible. Manual wheelchairs are available to hire from our Ticket Office free of charge. Please note wheelchair hire must be pre-booked. You can do this by calling 01326 573404.

- There are ample toilet facilities for guests with disabilities. These individual disabled toilets located near the entrance of the park and close to Ferdi's Funland. One of these toilets contains a full height-adjustable, medical changing bed. In addition to this, we have a hoist available on request. The development of this additional facility has been done following discussion and on-going evaluation of facilities with a local disabled group in order to provide a facility that is suitable for people with a wider range of needs. We are continually working to improve the facilities available. We have a Room Mate® fitted in our main disabled toilet which provides an audio description of the layout of the toilet facilities for blind and visually impaired visitors.
- Here at Flambards, we welcome all registered assistance dogs. Whilst assistance/guide dogs are welcome they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of the party – they must never be left unattended anywhere in the Theme Park. There are also some restrictions on assistance dogs accompanying guests in some exhibition/performance areas at limited times during the season, please speak to a member of staff for more details on 01326 573 404.
