Access guidance
- We run a batching system so the queues are kept to a minimum, the only queue you will experience will be going through security but this would not usually take more than 10 mins. If this may pose an issue, please email us and we can facilitate a fast track through security.
- Due to the nature of the site being a napoleon fortress, it is not possible to accommodate wheelchairs through the tour, this is due to multiple flights of staircases. The entertainment and stall area which is after the tour is however step free and wheelchair accessible. Please contact us if you wish to just visit the entertainment and stall area.
- The entire experience lasts around 45mins, and is a walking experience. There may be places where you may stop for 5 mins before continuing through the experience. There are places to sit once the tour has finished.
- We have toilets before and after the experience. These are porta loos. There are no toilet facilities during the experience. You may however leave the experience, but to to the nature of the site it would not be possible to re enter.
- We unfortunately will not be able to permit guide dogs into the experience. Guide dogs may be able to be permitted into the entertainment and stall area which is after the tour has finished. Please contact us if you wish to discuss arrangements This is due to the the experience having large groups of people, loud noises-including pyrotechnics, compressed air noises, chain saws, the use of water effects, crawl spaces and moving floors and rooms.
