Notes: Monday to Thursday until 4pm: As long as there is room in the booking sheet, Hapai Access Card bookings of 6+ max can be booked WITHOUT having to call the venue for approval. All other times: Hapai Access Card bookings of 6+ max will require you to call the venue for approval before you can manually hold space.

- If you have this icon and are in the queue for any of our attractions, please wave your Hāpai card at us and we will take you to the front of the queue or take you to a seat and help you there.
- Our main entrance has level access, and there are flat routes throughout the building and attractions. We have 2x accessible toilets. The nearest accessible park is situated at The Crossing Carpark. For more information, please check the Access Tour at the bottom of the page.
- If you have a disability parking permit, our nearest accessible / loading zones park is around the corner (about 30 meters). There is also carparking in The Crossing Carpark (approx. 100 meters) away. There are plenty of chairs situated throughout the premises which our team can direct you to if needed.
- We have 2x men's standard toilets and 3x urinals. 5x Female toilets and 2x accessible toilets. if you have this icon and need to be made aware of where the toilets are or if there is a queue, we will direct you to the toilets or ensure that you are next in line. We will be discrete and respectful. There are also toilets available at the Christchurch Bus Interchange across the road (around 50m walk).
- We comply with the NZ law with respect to Disability Assistance Dogs. The staff will offer you water for your dog and indicate the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself (The nearest green are is Rauora Park which is 300m away)
