Access guidance
- We offer a queue jump option to help minimise wait times and ensure smooth access to the event. Additionally (where possible) we have designated rest areas
- We aim to provide wheelchair-accessible entrances and exits, including ramps and lifts, where possible. However, some of our venues may not be fully accessible due to the nature of the events, but we are continuously working to improve this. Additionally, accessible restrooms are available at all our events.
- We are unable to assist with the long distances from the car park to the venue. There are nearby drop-off points. Once inside the venue, we do have accessibility measures in place, such as seating areas for rest and queue jump options, to ensure a more comfortable experience.
- The venues are equipped with many toilets located throughout the venue to ensure easy and urgent access for all attendees
- Free carers tickets available for those with a +1 on their Access Card or Northern Frights Digital Access Pass. Please note that an Essential Companion ticket (Carers Ticket) is provided to assist with access to the event and does not grant participation in any additional activities such as photo shoots, meet and greets, or other add-on experiences. If you wish to take part in these activities, a separate ticket will need to be purchased for the individual attending the event. The Carers Ticket only covers general event access to support the ticket holder's needs.
- At the moment, we do not have alternative formats available for visual information as we are a small company, but this is something we are keen to work towards in the future.
