Access guidance
- Ambulant Disabled Supporters can sit anywhere in the ground providing they are able to access the area subject to safety requirements. Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure appropriate seating.
- Home Disabled Supporters: Parking is available on the Walton Street Car Park, adjacent to the MKM Stadium, there is a designated parking area for Blue Badge Holders, parking is free of charge when displaying your Blue Badge. Visiting Disabled Supporters: Parking is available on the Walton Street Car Park, adjacent to the MKM Stadium, there is a designated parking area for Blue Badge Holders, parking is free of charge. There are also a limited number of spaces available on the bowl of the stadium for Blue Badge holders, these are distributed by the Ticket office of the visiting club.
- We have a Changing Places Facility available on a Matchday at the MKM Stadium, this can be accessed by speaking to your nearest Steward. At the MKM Stadium, there are 2 disabled WCs per stand, one of which can be accessed using a RADAR key, the nearest Steward can provide a key to access this if required.
- Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome at the MKM Stadium, please contact Leanne Jensen (01482 358303 / Leanne.Jensen@wearehullcity.com) in advance of the game to enable arrangements to be made.
- Headsets are available for visually impaired supporters with Audio commentary provided by TigerFusion, please contact Leanne Jensen (01482 358303 / Leanne.Jensen@wearehullcity.com) in advance of the game to organise collection.
- During matchdays, we have a quiet room with a calming area for supporters who may become overwhelmed during the match. Please speak to your nearest Steward who will be able to organise this.
