Access guidance
- Where possible, disabled access and wheelchair platform ticket holders will be permitted entry ahead of other ticket holders to allow extra time to travel to the arena. For customers not using the wheelchair platform, we would recommend arriving early at the event to find a spot suitable for your needs. The back and sides of the arena are traditionally quieter.
- There is a dedicated wheelchair user platform at the concert. Please note that space within this area is limited to one disabled guest and one personal assistant and chairs will be provided for personal assistants. A small number of wheelchairs will be available at each gate to transfer customers from the gates to the concert arena. This is on a First-Come-First-Served basis. The Kew the Music site is a green field site. There is flat access throughout the concert site; however it should still be noted that some areas of the grounds at the event site are uneven and special care should be taken whilst moving around the site. There is also a short distance from the entrance to the concert site. Where possible, disabled access and wheelchair platform ticket holders will be permitted entry ahead of other ticket holders to allow extra time to travel to the arena.
- We recommend that customers with limited mobility enter through Elizabeth Gate. The walk from either entrance gate to the arena is approximately 500 metres. There are three access parking spaces for Blue Badge holders on Kew Green, which is a short distance from the nearest concert entrance at Elizabeth Gate (TW9 3AB). These are public spaces on the public highway, and are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Accessible toilets are positioned at the rear of the wheelchair user platform and at various other locations around the site.
- Guide dogs or registered disability assistance dogs are allowed within the Gardens.
- Access Card Holders with +1 are entitled to an essential companion ticket.
