Access guidance
- We have limited space available for wheelchairs, with room for one non-transferring wheelchair and its companion, as well as one transferring wheelchair. However, in certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate an extra wheelchair.
- The theater has multiple staircases with handrails that provide access to different areas. The foyer has the most steps, with 85 leading to the upper circle, followed by 59 steps to the dress circle bar, 32 steps to the dress circle front, and 25 steps to the basement bar. Additionally, there are 28 steps connecting the stage door to the basement bar.
- Please note that the accessible toilet is situated in the main foyer and can be accessed without encountering any steps from the stalls auditorium.
- We understand that some patrons may want to bring their dogs to the theatre, and we are happy to accommodate this request. Our theatre staff can look after your dog during the performance if you inform us in advance or upon arrival. If you prefer to have your dog stay with you, please reach out to us so that we can arrange suitable seating. Additionally, we encourage you to check the show information or contact our Access Champion for any trigger warnings that may be relevant for you and your dog.
