Access guidance
- Please note that for all of our rides, guests must be able to transfer to the ride vehicle with or without carer assistance. All of our rides also require guests to be able to sit upright unaided in order to ride.
- We do not provide wheelchairs or strollers at our attraction.
- There is no disabled rate but if a member of your party is registered disabled you will be entitled to admit one free carer with them. Please ensure that you bring documentation with you on the day such as your blue badge, DLA Letter or note from a doctor or specialist. Guests booking in advance should purchase all tickets except for the carer which can be added at the attraction on the day of your visit.
