To make a wheelchair reservation for the River Cruise, please fill in a contact us form on our website. The London Eye River Cruise wheelchair lift can accommodate standard wheelchairs only. Please note: If the Wheelchair Lift is unavailable, there are 6 steps to the top deck and 4 steps to the lower deck. Unfortunately mobility scooters are not permitted onto the London Eye River Cruise.
- T-loop systems are available on the London Eye River Cruise. These are available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.
