- The hangars have ramped access. Due to the historic nature of our collection, Concorde, Comet and BAC 1-11 can only be boarded by using stairs. The site is wheelchair accessible and wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.
- Adapted toilets are available.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in the museum buildings and on the outdoor site
- Visitors with disabilities pay a concession for admission, with a carer accompanying for free.
