Overview
The Pavilion main entrance is where you will find the box office and you will be able to enter the auditorium 30 mins prior to the performance start time. The Atrium Bar entrance is a separate entrance to the right where you can enter 1 hour prior to the event start time, entrance to the auditorium can also be accessed via this route. Ramped access to the Pavilion main entrance is at the front of the building. Ramped access for the Atrium entrance is round the back of the building via the pier.

Access guidance
- Please speak to a member of our team if you require assistance during your visit.
- There is level access via a ramp at the front of the building to the box office and entrance to the auditorium. The bar and accessible toilet can be reached once inside. Seats in the balcony are step free. There is currently no ramp to access the stalls.
- Disabled parking bays can be found on Marine Parade. A drop off bay can be found opposite the Cow Shed on Marine Parade. This space is limited to 15 mins stopping time.
- An accessible toilet is located between the bar and the auditorium. It is recommended to book low numbered seats for easy access to this toilet.
- Assistance dogs are welcome, designated seating areas will be allocated to safely accommodate you and your dog.
- Free tickets are available for those who require an essential companion
- Hearing assistance for live performances can be accessed using headphones and the Seinheiser Mobile Connect app on your smart device. Headphones and handsets with the app are available to borrow from the venue also.
