"The Phoenix Theatre is a London West End theatre which opened in 1930 with the premiere of Noel Coward's Private Lives. The show featured Coward himself in the cast, along with Gertrude Lawrence, Adrienne Allen and a young Laurence Olivier. The entrance of The Phoenix Theatre is on the corner of Charing Cross Road and Flitcroft Street with a four-column rotunda above the canopy topped by an attic with square windows."

- The Phoenix Theatre main entrance is situated on Charing Cross Road and there is level access into the venue through double doors. A drop-off point is available outside the theatre. An alternative level access entrance is available on Flitcroft Street, leading directly to the Dress Circle. All sections of the theatre must be accessed via steps as there is no customer lift. Alternatively, there is step-free access via the Flitcroft Street entrance, which leads directly to the front of the seating. Once inside the Dress Circle, there are steps to reach each row, with 18 steps between Row A and Row K. Transfers are available to A28 and A27, with room for companions in adjacent seating. There is 1 wheelchair space in Box C, which is not suitable for large electric wheelchairs. Extra legroom can be found in Row A of the Dress Circle.

- The Stalls must be accessed via 22 steps down from the theatre foyer. Once inside the auditorium, there are no steps in between rows. This section is not recommended for those with limited mobility. Extra legroom can be found throughout the Stalls. The Grand Circle is accessible via 70 steps up from the theatre foyer. Once inside the auditorium, there are steps between each row, with 24 steps between Row A and Row J. As there is no customer lift, this section is not recommended for those with limited mobility.
