Access Card notes
We offer discounts for those Access Card holders who require companions at our events.

Access guidance
- Wheelchair access varies across our events, for example some of our train rides are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, however those who are able to transfer can leave their wheelchair on the platform where it will be looked after by our platform staff.
- Our trains are comprised of heritage coaches and as such the facilities are limited on board. We cannot guarantee a toilet will be in every carriage but we do endeavour to make sure there is at least one toilet on the train for emergency use, as we know everyone has different needs. You will be on the train for roughly 1 hour and we do have toilets on site around the station for before and after the ride.
- Assistance animals who have been trained are welcome to join us. Please contact customer services prior to your visit if you plan to bring your assistance animal on board the train so we can provide water for your dog. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you require any assistance or reasonable adjustments to help you in your visit.
- Terms of companion entry vary between our events. Those who have an Access Card stating +1 entry will receive a discount on the carer's ticket.
