Port Eliot Festival

Overview
"Port Eliot is a festival unlike any other. When you come to Port Eliot, we welcome you as our guests. Whether you're swimming in the estuary, picnicking under a 300 year old tree, rocking out at the Park Stage, canoeing on the river, catching an intimate gig in the church, watching a cooking demo in the Big Kitchen or dancing 'til the wee hours in the Boogie Round – our home is yours for the weekend."

Access guidance
- The site is predominantly grassland with some hills and gravel paths around the site which are rough and uneven. We have a designated camping area where space can be booked in advance by those who need to be closer to the festival activities or require power for specialist medical equipment. For more information, please visit our website. For the first time this year we have an accessible viewing platform at the park stage, admittance will be on a first come first served basis. You can collect a wristband for this from the info point on the HAHA. Almost all our venues do have seating available, stewards and venue staff will be very happy to help you find a seat even if none are available so please do ask.
- We have a designated accessibility buggy to help you around the site, it will be based in the accessible carpark on Thursday and Friday but can be contacted via the info point on the HAHA and the Bowling green. PANTS also offer a Buggy service around the site for a donation you can find out more about their great work via their website. Look out for the stops around site. For more information, please visit our website. Disabled parking is also available. Please book this in advance and have your blue badge with you when you arrive – a steward will direct you to the designated area.
- There are new and improved wheelchair/easy access toilets and showers next to the accessible campsite. There are also accessible toilets at all of the large toilet blocks across the site. These are locked with a combination code so they can only be accessed by people who need them.
- Assistance Dogs that are registered with an organisation that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK are welcome at the festival. Please make sure you let us know if you need to bring an assistance dog with you by emailing info@porteliotfestival.com
- Laser, strobe and other lighting effects may be in use during the festival. If we know in advance, we will make a note on the artist's page on the website and sign will go up at the entrance to the venue. The medics tent and welfare tent are located next to the Park Stage, and is open 24 hours a day during the festival. A fridge is available for storing medication. If you need urgent help elsewhere in the festival, speak to a member of security or a steward who can radio through to other members of the team.
