Access guidance
- Wheelchair customers, or those requiring step-free access to the theatre, can enter through our ramped accessible entrance to the left of the main theatre doors. Please push the pad and a member of our Front of House team will assist. There is level access to all Stalls seating, but the Circle seating and all Boxes are accessed via steps/stairs. Please note there is no lift in the theatre. To access the Corn Exchange box office, there is level access through automatic doors from King Street. For wheelchair access to the Grand Hall, there is lift access for public use through the Customer Service Centre entrance on Prince Street (next to Little Waitrose). - There is no disabled parking (including for blue badge holders) at the theatre. Please visit our 'Getting Here' page for nearby disabled parking bays.
- Our accessible toilet is located behind the stalls in the Crush Hall. There is an accessible toilet in the Ipswich Corn Exchange.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at both the Ipswich Regent Theatre and the Corn Exchange including the auditorium. If required, bowls of water can be supplied; please let us know when booking.
