Access guidance
- Due to the nature of the park we are currently unable to offer special queuing facility but anyone needing this should speak top a manager on arrival.
- Wide access into the waterpark as well as disabled lift to allow access to the terrace areas.
- The site is small enough for most customers to manage but assistance can be available as required.
- We have numerous toilets around the site including 3 disabled only toilets (in 3 separate locations)
- We allow official assistance dogs, we are near a park as well as the beach. We have dog water bowls available at our catering units (inc Costa) on the beach front
- We allow a free carers place with the +1 option on the access card.
- We have the facility to help with a staff member as needed including going through the site rules etc when they arrive.
- We have all our information in written formats.
- The whole waterpark is covered by RLSS trained lifeguards who also hold first aid qualificaions.
