We are constantly trying to improve our services for our disabled customers, Our Aim is to be in a position where we can offer the same online services to all our supporters and customers. We are currently upgrading our ticketing system to be able to do this. How can i purchase tickets for football, concerts and events? We have introduced a dedicated accessible line for supporters or concert goers requirement for additional support. MK Dons FC 01908 622901 and Stadium MK 01908 828740 They will then be required to send any supporting documentation of their needs to customer.services@mkdons.com within 14 days of booking or if you have a access card no further information is required. All information will be saved and we will not require this information again.

Access guidance
- We have a dedicated queuing system for access into the stadium from Gates 2, 3 and 5. Large signage will be displayed above each entry point. This is used for major events.
- We have dedicated spaces for wheelchair users positioned in the back row at concourse level around each area of the stadium, with an adjoining seat for personal assistants. The flexible seating system allows for wheelchair spaces to be increased, if required. We also have Wheelchair spaces in the upper tier accessed by a lift.
- Seats available for ambulant disabled supporters requiring level access in the back row on concourse level as well as the upper tier access by a lift.
- We have multiple accessible bathrooms around the Stadium, throughout the concourse, public areas, DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, and Marshall Arena. We are also proud to have installed a fully-equipped 'Changing Places' specialist accessible bathroom facility on the South stand of our concourse.
- We do not have any facilities available for assistance dogs and will accommodate on request.
