Access guidance
- Where possible we will do our best to accommodate special needs as much as possible, so please let us know beforehand if we can help. For example, blending food, needing a quiet space or putting groups in the private bowling lanes where it is quieter. However, please note this cannot always be guaranteed, especially at busy times. We're all on one level (apart from row B upwards at the cinema) The front rows in all 3 cinema screens are wheelchair friendly – no steps involved, seats can be removed for wheelchairs or guests can transfer to the armchair Activities are wheelchair accessible (VR ride excluded) Accessible equipment is available, e.g. a wheelchair putter, bowling ramps, curling aids
- 3 disabled toilets – the main toilet is equipped with a changing bed, hoist & privacy screens 2 baby change toilets 1 disabled shower room
- We offer free access for carers as a reasonable adjustment where disabled people require significant support in accessing our activities. This means carers may go round the activity but would not be taking part. If an essential carer wishes to partake in an activity directly, in addition to supporting guests with access requirements, we ask that they pay to play. However, we appreciate that our activities are sociable so if the booking party consists only of one disabled person and one essential carer, the carer may participate free of charge. To do so, we will ask for supporting evidence on arrival such as an access card or a valid blue badge.
- Subtitled screenings – once a fortnight on Tuesdays
- Autism friendly screenings – please let us know if you would like us to schedule a screening. These can take place in the morning when it is quieter, the lighting will be raised and the volume reduced
