Access guidance
- For customers who have difficulty standing or waiting in line, we have plenty of seating available close to the auditorium doors where you can comfortably wait. Additionally, if needed, we can bring a seat for you to use within the queue.
- The theatre space can be accessed from both the ground and first floor levels. Internally, there is level access from the main and rear entrances to the lower auditorium. Additionally, two lifts provide access to the first floor, which is all on one level in the foyer and bar areas. Within the auditorium, we have a dedicated wheelchair access row. Accessible toilets are available on both levels of the building.
- The distance from the front entrance to the auditorium door on the ground level is 56ft. For those who find longer distances challenging, we have several seating areas where customers can take a break before continuing to the auditorium.
- We have toilets available on both the ground and first levels of the building. The distance to the toilets may vary depending on where you are seated in the auditorium. From the auditorium door to the toilets on the ground level, the distance is 20ft. From the auditorium door to the toilets on the first level, the distance is 27ft. On both levels, we have male and female toilets as well as an accessible toilet and baby change facilities.
- For assistance dogs, there are grassed areas at the rear of the building for toileting. We also have two water bowls inside for their use.
- A hearing induction loop is available in select seats within the auditorium. If you require this service, please inform your ticketing assistant at the time of booking. Additionally, a hearing induction loop is available at every Box Office service point. The lifts also feature Braille under the number for each floor as well as braile on wayfinding signage.
- For those who have difficulty accessing audible information, we can provide a seating plan to help you identify and choose your desired seats. If you prefer to purchase tickets online but encounter any issues, we offer a live chat system for support. We can assist you with setting up a payment method on your account and process your payment through the saved card. For our pantomimes, we offer a dedicated BSL (British Sign Language) performance.
