Access Card notes
We accept Access Cards as proof of eligibility for the Accessible tickets, Companion (PA) tickets, and Accessible queue. Accessible tickets for shows at Troxy can be purchased through our website/DICE. Once you have your Accessible ticket, please email us your access card/registration number to receive your free companion (PA) ticket. If you do not need to be in the Accessible (step-free) area, you can still receive a free companion (PA) ticket by contacting Troxy directly. Please email us your Access Card/registration number before purchasing your tickets and we can give you more information.

Access guidance
- We offer queue skip and early entry to guests who have difficulties standing and/or queueing. Please reach out to us for more information.
- Our building has step-free access from the front entrance and throughout the upper ground floor. The accessible toilet is in our foyer and available by Radar key (we have a spare you can borrow!). For standing shows, we have a dedicated Access Area located at the front of our upper ground floor. Unfortunately, there is no lift to the Circle seating, and this can only be accessed via steps.
- The accessible toilet is unisex and located in the foyer. We have additional toilets located on every level: ground floor, mezzanine, and Circle balcony. You can always ask a team member where the nearest toilets are.
- Access Cards with +1 accepted as proof for a free companion ticket.
- Our Box Office has lowered counter positions and a hearing loop system.
- For guests who have concerns about being allowed entry with their medication/medical equipment: please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we can arrange you bringing your medical requirements with you.
