- Carers go free, tickets are only available at the door If you are a visitor who has a child with access needs, please purchase a 'Concession' ticket for your child in advance (it is the same price as a Child ticket) – following the showing of your child's proof of access, you will receive your Carer ticket at the door If you have any accessibility questions prior to your visit you can email the customer service team at info@twistmuseum.com
- We're in the process of forming resources and facilities in our guided tour service to accommodate our d/Deaf visitors, more details will be provided on this in the future, so please watch this space!
- A small number of our exhibits feature flashing lights and strobes and may not be suitable for all visitors. Two exhibits are on an incline.
