Access guidance
- We would ask the audience member to make themselves known to a member of the team or to visit the Box Office on arrival. We will then ensure that our front of house team is aware of that person and their requirements support them whilst in the venue.
- Watersmeet is fully accessible and offers the following facilities: Lift from the lower to the upper foyer, disabled toilet, emergency exit for wheelchair users, reserved seating situated in the rear of the Auditorium and infrared hearing devices. The auditorium is located on the upper floor (reached by lift), this space is slightly raked and has a gentle slope with no stairs.
- There are no long distances involved from arrival to the auditorium. The lift is located in the entrance lobby and the auditorium is located approx. 30-40 steps from the lift.
- We have ladies and gentlemen's toilets located between the lift and the auditorium. Queues do form here on occasions, but if we know someone has an urgent requirement for the toilet, we would ensure that our front of house team is on standby to direct them to the accessibility toilet just outside the auditorium.
- We allow assistance dogs in the venue and if we are aware of their visit, we can provide a water bowl. We have a grassed area outside the venue for toileting.

- We have a number of infra red hearing loops which are readily available and free to use. We do a signed performance of the annual pantomime.
