Access guidance
- Need a wheelchair? The Customer Engagement Team operate a 'pushing and chaperone' service for guests who require additional support on the day in terms of travel to and from their seat. This service is not pre-bookable and can be accessed across all events at the stadium. This service is available from the Red, Green and Blue Car Parks surrounding the stadium, and anywhere on the stadium footprint. The service can be requested by speaking to one of the Customer Engagement Team members in red jackets with 'here to help' on the back. In addition, guests can be collected or taken to the shuttle bus pick-up point on Rutherford Way. (Disabled Access Shuttle) The service does not currently operate to Pink Car Park. Unfortunately, we are unable to take guests to hotels or other areas on the wider Wembley estate
- All parking for events at Wembley, including Blue Badge Parking, is booked via Wembley Official Parking. Please note, this is not managed by the stadium. If you have any questions, please get in touch with Wembley Official Parking directly.
- There are 147 accessible toilets within the stadium. These are all accessed by RADAR key. Should you require access please request assistance from a steward or Customer Engagement Team member who will be able to provide access. Stewards are located across the concourse of the venue, the Customer Engagement Team will be positioned within the nearest information point. There are two Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and Level 5 at Block 552. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team who will be able to direct you.
- We welcome assistance dogs. There are two dog relieving stations (next to turnstiles B and C) on the east and west external public concourse – just in case. Should you require any support or assistance, please request support from a steward or the Customer Engagement Team who will be located at one of the stadium Information Points.
- Fans can use this service to make enquiries and to purchase tickets for Wembley Stadium and FA events. The BSL Interpreter will relay the conversation in real time to the Wembley Stadium disability access team. This service is offered free to all guests who request it.
- Induction loop facilities are available at all information desks, retail outlets and bars.
