Access guidance
- There is a wheelchair lift to the house to enable access to the terrace to enjoy views over the parterre. Fully accessible walled garden and visitor centre. The grounds have footpaths to most areas. Two wheelchairs for indoor use, and two wheelchairs for outdoor use, are available to visitors on request at the admissions tills on a first come, first served basis. Mobility scooters are available for hire, free of charge. Bookings should be made in advance by emailing scooter.wrestpark@english-heritage.org.uk or calling 01525 860000, option 5 There is a small lift to the house, located next to the Conservatory and Countess's Sitting Room, suitable for manual wheelchairs and small electric wheelchairs. The lift enables access to the terrace to enjoy views over the parterre. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the first floor of the house. Please ask staff on arrival to arrange use of the lift.
- Limited seating and rest points located around the grounds. Gravel, concrete and tarmac pathways link areas of the grounds with some undulation.
- Accessible toilets on site.
