Access guidance
- All gates at Allianz Stadium have accessible turnstiles. Please speak to stewards if you need assistance when visiting the stadium.
- All entrance gates at Allianz Stadium are step free and each entrance has an accessible gate. There is level access to all pitch level wheelchair bays. The three covered wheelchair terraces are accessed by lift.
- Allianz Stadium has an accessible booth located at gate D, where we have a limited number of wheelchairs to help transport visitors to their seating area. You can also arrange for them to assist you at the end of the match. Please note, arrangements for concerts may vary and will be made clear on our website. There is no facility to store a wheelchair or rollator inside Allianz Stadium.
- Allianz Stadium has unisex accessible toilets available on all levels of the stadium and to prevent misuse they are operated under the radar scheme. We also have an accessible changing facility with hoist, visitors will need to provide their own sling. It is located inside the stadium, by the entrance to the Rugby Store.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at Allianz Stadium, and we can accommodate you and your dog in our pitch side accessible areas. The rest area for assistance dogs is in the West Fan Village.
- Should you qualify for essential companion tickets Allianz Stadium will provide these free of charge.
- Allianz Stadium have an audio description service which can be utitlised anywhere in the stadium. Head sets can only be collect on match/event days from the Ticket Office which is located on the south east corner of the ground, next to the Lineout statue. They do not need to be returned.
- Allianz Stadium has access to both Visual Relay Interpreting VRS (video relay service) and VRI (video remote interpreting). VRS connects hearing and deaf individuals via telephone from separate locations. A hyperlink is located on England Rugby's website for easy access. Clicking the link connects deaf BSL users to a qualified interpreter who relays their call to the stadium. SignVideo's VRI (video remote interpreting) allows those who are deaf to communicate with hearing staff using a mobile or tablet. It's like having an interpreter in the same place, ideal for match days or non-match visits.
