Access guidance
- The number of wheelchair spaces can vary based on a number of factors including stadium requirements, governing bodies and visitors allocations. Hospitality wheelchair spaces are located in the Main Stand and Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand. We do not have storage facilities for walking aides or wheelchairs inside the stadium. Any fans who use a wheelchair or walking aide to get to the stadium on matchday should contact our disability ticketing team on 0151 264 2500 or contact via email on disability@liverpoolfc.com. Our specialist team will assist with any requirements relating to access. This does not include those supporters who have already been allocated a wheelchair bay. Ambulant and easy access seating is available in several areas at ground level; however ambulant disabled supporters can also request to sit within other areas of the Stadium subject to availability. We ask that supporters consider their needs when purchasing tickets and discourage ambulant disabled supporters with limited mobility from purchasing tickets within the upper tiers at Anfield. All fans must be able to exit the Stadium quickly in the event of an evacuation.
- All accessible toilets within the stadium are clearly signposted. A radar key is required to access the toilets and they are available from stewards close to each facility. There are two Changing Places facilities installed in Anfield. These are located in the Kop and Main Stand Lower. If you require use of this facility please mention this at the time of booking any match tickets and, subject to availability, we will locate you as close to the Changing Places facility as possible.
- Once you have purchased your ticket you can request a complimentary headset. Please contact the disability team with your name and Supporter ID Number. A headset will be brought to your seat by a steward prior to kick off, and should be returned to your nearest steward at the end of the match. Please note, our home match commentary feed is provided directly by Liverpool Football Club.
- Our sensory room is located in the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand and has a range of specialist equipment. It has been created to enable people with sensory needs to experience football matches in a comfortable and controlled environment with unrestricted views of the pitch behind soundproof glass. Our sensory room is available most matchdays throughout the season. The Sensory Room opens two hours before kick-off and a parking space will be provided with bookings. To enquire about booking tickets for the sensory room please contact us. Please note, all tickets for the Sensory Room must be booked in advance of attending a match, and we cannot guarantee that all applications will be successful.
