In 2005 Nica Burns and Max Weitzenhoffer founded Nimax Theatres and they now co-own and run the Palace, Lyric, Apollo, Garrick, Vaudeville and Duchess Theatres in the heart of Londons West End. Nica Burns is a multi-award winning producer of over 100 productions.

Access guidance
- Wheelchair user access is provided using a platform stair lift to the Stalls. The dimensions of the Platform stair lift are 100 cm x 80 cm, with a maximum weight load of 300kg. Please note that any scooter or wheelchair that have extremities outside of these dimensions fill not fit on the platform lift. Please report to the main entrance on arrival and a member of staff will accompany you to the wheelchair access entrance. Our wheelchair park locations are provided in Q1 and Q22 of the stalls, which can be removed to provide spaces.
- To access the auditorium there are 22 stairs to the Stalls and 12 stairs to the Dress Circle. There are a further 11 stairs down to the stalls bar. To access the Grand Circle there 41 steps from street level. To access the Balcony there 80 steps from street level.
- Assistance dogs are welcome. For comfort we recommend purchasing a seat on the end of a row. Alternatively we provide a dog sitting service for 2 dogs at a time; advance booking is recommended.

- Audio-described performances are available.
- Captioned and Sign Language performances are available.
