Visit Bluebell Dairy to indulge in our Ice Cream, relax in our cosy Tea Rooms, pet the animals on our Animal Patch, or let the kids loose on our Play Park! We want to create lasting memories for everyone who visits the farm park, whatever their requirements. We are a rural destination, which can present some challenges when it comes to accessibility but we strive to offer an inclusive experience for everybody.

Access Card notes
Once you have your Bluebell Dairy Digital Access Pass Number (found on your confirmation email) you can follow the booking links on our website as normal. When it comes to selecting "ticket type" you will need to select "Essential Companion", the system will then ask you to unlock the ticket by inputting your Access Card I.D number. If your Access Card permits an "Essential Carer" then this will be applied and you can then proceed with your booking.

Access guidance
- Doorways to the café are extra wide and ramped. The Farm Park itself has unsealed gravel and grassy walkways. Some of our pathways are loose and some wheelchairs can struggle. All of our pathways are large enough for wheelchairs. Please note many of these areas are sloped and may require a bit of strength to navigate in a manual wheelchair.
- All parking at the Farm Park is free. Disabled parking is available next to the entrance.
- Assistance dogs are allowed throughout the Farm Park (as long as they are working at the time).
