Access guidance
- Our Farm Park is spread over a large area and has been designed to accommodate large numbers of visitors so you'll very rarely need to queue for our attractions. Please speak to a member of staff if you need assistance in a short queue or advice on a quieter time to enjoy certain attractions.
- The majority of our paths are accessible, although some parts of the farm trail are on grass and gravel - if you need help, please speak to any member of staff who can assist. Disabled parking is located close to the entrance and our car park is fully accessible Disabled toilets are located at the top of the park, in The Cowshed and in Grazecafe.
- As our Farm Park is spread over a large area, in order to enjoy the attractions and activities on offer you will need to be able to travel short distances, however we have plenty of wide paths suitable for wheelchair users or for anyone needing to take their time.
- We have toilet facilities located throughout the park and disables toilets can be found at the top of the park, in The Cowshed, and in Graze Cafe.
- We are only able to allow assistance dogs that have been trained or are being trained by a charity that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK, this is because they have been trained to perform certain tasks for their human partner and will have been thoroughly assessed to ensure they are not a risk to members of the public or other animals on our farm. No other dogs are permitted. Please notify a member of staff on arrival if you are an assistance dog owner as it may be necessary to limit access to some areas of the park where our animals might be unfamiliar with dogs, we hope you understand.
