Access guidance
- We are happy to provide courtesy wheelchairs for guests who request them; however, quantities are limited and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. After passing a security check, you can take the high-speed elevators up to the Main Observation Level and beyond. Every elevator is accessible, as are the Main Observation Level and SkyPod's first level (second level accessed by 12 stairs). If you're dining at 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower, please let the restaurant know at the time of booking if you require wheelchair access, and we'll reserve a table for you that suits your needs. Edgewalk is now wheelchair accessible
- Once you're here, our restricted mobility entrance (automatic door located on the far left) is on Bremner Boulevard—a 141-metre (435-foot) walk from the street. If you are driving, you can arrange in advance for accessible parking at the Rogers Centre. During game days the spots are managed by the Rogers Centre Ticketing Team. They can be reached at 416-341-1234 (press 1 and 1 again). During non event times, these accessible spots are available on a first come first serve basis and are subject to the daily parking rates. There is also a designated Wheel-Trans stop at Gate 7 of the Rogers Centre.
- The CN Tower provides accessible washroom facilities on each level. For your comfort, we recommend the facilities located on the ground level near the Gift Shop and at the top on the Main Observation Level. Rest areas are also provided in the Mezzanine elevator area, the 360 Restaurant reservations desk and in Le Café.
