Access guidance
- A member of theatre staff will be available to offer assistance purchasing beverages on behalf of customers who are unable to visit the bar themselves. All drinks and refreshments will be available for pre-order to minimise queuing.
- To access the Corn Exchange box office, there is level access through automatic doors from King Street. For wheelchair access to the Grand Hall, there is lift access for public use through the Customer Service Centre entrance on Princes Street. On arrival, please make yourself known to our Front of House team at the main Corn Exchange entrance and a member of staff will accompany you to the lift and into the Grand Hall. The nearest accessible toilet can also be located via this lift. The Grand Hall is on the first floor with an accessible lift available through the Customer Service Centre entrance on Princes Street. The nearest accessible toilet can also be located via this lift. Entry without the lift is up two flights of stairs to the Grand Hall, and a further two flights of stairs to the Balcony.
- There is no lift access to the balcony seating and customers must climb 4 flights of stairs to reach this area. The balcony seating itself has handrails and each row is up a step.
- The nearest accessible toilet from the Grand Hall can be located via this lift.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at both the Regent Theatre and the Corn Exchange including in the auditorium. If required, bowls of water can be supplied; please let us know when booking.

- The Grand Hall of the Corn Exchange does not currently have an operational hearing loop. We are working on procuring a replacement system
