A free registration is available at this venue as an alternative to an Access Card. Please use the link below to begin your application. - Outdoor Seating Available at the Ticket Office Make Yourself known to a member of staff and they can assist you with checking in
- The only area of the Gaol not wheelchair accessible is the Tunnel, all other areas are accessible with lift or ramp access. The facilities are designed to be accessible to guests with disabilities including Disabled car park Disabled toilets Provision of seating at various points throughout the Gaol Wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow if booked in advance. Please note Electronic Wheelchairs are too wide to enter the Cells, some manual wheelchairs are narrow enough to enter the cells (cell doors are approx. 58cm wide).
- The Duration of the tour is normally 60-90 minutes. The site is 10 acres in size. We have seating areas in the basement, Tunnel and outdoor areas. We also have a wheelchair available, which can be reserved.
- Toilets are available in multiple areas of the Gaol, in the Courtyard, Basement and Governors Corridors. Disabled toilets are also available in the Courtyard and Governors Corridor.
- Assistance dogs are permitted in the Gaol There is a grass area at the front of the Gaol Water for dogs can be given if requested.
- Essential Companions / Carers receive free entry to the Self-Guided Crumlin Road Gaol Experience.
- Holograms, Videos and speakers are located throughout the Gaol in English, along with information boards. Audio Guides are available in English, French, German, Spanish and Mandarin, these include the information as text rather than Audio. We also have Sign Language guides available in British Sing Language.

- We also have a gift shop / coffee shop (The Yard) on site, as well as a fully licenced restaurant / bar (Cuffs Bar and Grill), both are accessible.
