- Accessible toilets at the exit of each pitch side area, accessed via RADAR key; Accessible toilets on all 3 wheelchair terraces, accessed via RADAR key;
- Complimentary ticket provision for assistance dogs is made, however the Ticket Office need to be made aware of this at application stage;

- Hearing loop seats available throughout the stadium, with headsets linking audio description for the visually/hearing impaired;
- Hearing loop The hearing loop is available in all areas throughout the stadium, with headsets linking to the match/event day radio or television commentary for the visually/hearing impaired. NB you need to bring your own headsets as we are unable to provide any. Where do I collect a hearing loop? Hearing loop receivers and headsets need to be collected from the Ticket Office located at the south east corner, next to the Virgin Active Gym. This is on the outside of the stadium. You will be required to complete a security deposit form. Where do I return a hearing loop? Post match the receiver needs to be returned to the Enquires Office inside stadium by gate F. The hearing loop covers all seats within the stadium. Please note that a charge of £100 will be made for any receivers or headsets that are not returned or damaged. Once returned you will receive a returned receipt slip from one of the team.
- at the start of each season we contact all customers with a Personal Assistant Code to ask for proof of membership via email; a couple of months prior to the series an email will be sent those with a valid membership asking them to complete a Google Form via a link; Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified on the specified date; Unsuccessful applicants will automatically be placed on a waiting list for returns.
