Access Card notes
To get accessible tickets and facilities at Fake Festival events, first buy your tickets. You can add your free Essential Companion ticket to your basket, as well as an Accessibility Pass. The Accessibility Pass is for those whose disability requires them to sit in a chair or wheelchair during the performances, which are usually standing only. The pass also allows an entry queue jump to ease the transition into the event itself. Once you have purchased your ticket, you can then fill out the Access Requirements Form (found on the events Accessibility Page). This is where you submit your Access Card details. Once this has been received and processed, they will send you an email to confirm.
This provider accepts the Access Card as supporting documentation for accessible facilities and tickets.
The information in this listing is submitted by the provider.

Access guidance
- At each Fake Festival, we provide a limited allocation of Accessibility Passes for those whose disability requires them to sit in a chair or wheelchair during the performances, which are usually standing only. The pass also allows an entry queue jump to ease the transition into the event itself. Once the allocation has been depleted, no more passes will be issued and the selection will be marked as 'Sold Out'.

Once the allocation has been depleted, no more passes will be issued and the selection will be marked as 'Sold Out'. This pass allows use of a wheelchair or other chair inside the marquee to watch the performances. Chair users can position themselves safely to the side of the audience, down the inside of the marquee walls. You won't have a problem manoeuvring around the festival or getting food and drink. But if the ground is wet, it may be difficult for wheelchair users, as we don't use flooring.

- We provide Accessible toilet(s) at all our events. We work hard to keep our facilities clean, but if you notice a toilet that needs attention, please let a staff member know. We kindly ask non-disabled visitors not to use the accessible toilet. Although these facilities may not always be locked or monitored, we rely on everyone's cooperation. We also ask that personal assistants with disabled guests avoid using the accessible toilets themselves. An Accessible toilet will be located outside in the secure garden area.
- Please contact the Event Team to let us know you are bringing an assistance dog, in advance of the event. You will be asked to provide evidence that they are an assistance dog.
- At each Fake Festival, we provide a limited allocation of Essential Companion passes for those whose disability would mean that they are unable to attend the event without the help of a personal assistant, or carer. Once the allocation has been depleted, no more Essential Companion passes will be issued and the selection will be marked as 'Sold Out'. This pass is linked to, and can only be used alongside, the event ticket used by the cared for person. As such, the Essential Companion and the cared for person cannot enter the event separately and must stay within reasonable proximity of each other at all times.
