Additionally, participants can learn to skydive like in the movies on our Outdoor Skydive machine—the only one of its kind in the UK! For even more excitement, guests can take on Europe's biggest swing, which drops you from the height of a 22-story building! Challenge yourself on our 350-meter-long Aerial Trekking treetop obstacle course, or enjoy a day of family fun on our Aqua Park, featuring over 15 exciting obstacles. If you're feeling adventurous, our wild cold-water swimming, available year-round, provides a refreshing boost to relaxation, sleep, and recovery!

• We offer a quick check-in process, but if anyone needs to sit down, we have seating areas available. Our efficient check-in protocol ensures that our staff will guide you every step of the way, so you'll always know where you need to be.
• Hangloose Adventure Bluewater's signature attraction, the Skywire, is accessible to wheelchair users! Our seated harnesses are designed for a secure, seated position, ensuring comfort for individuals with limited or no mobility. This involves the participant being lifted up to the top of the zipline before they set off and takes place in our 9am time slots. All seated Skywire bookings must be pre-booked and arranged with our staff in advance. Our reception and viewing areas are fully wheelchair accessible. For guests who need assistance moving around the site, we offer a golf buggy service, which must be arranged in advance
• For customers participating in our laying Skywire - Once on-site, we provide transport from our reception to the zipline start, so there's very little walking required. The zipline tower has four flights of stairs, but each level has a place to sit and rest if needed, and all stairs are equipped with handrails for added comfort and support. For convenient access to our site, we recommend parking in the Lower Plaza car park near the House of Fraser. This car park is just a short, two-minute walk from our reception area. For guests participating in the seated Skywire - we recommend parking directly at our zipwire tower to minimise travel distance.
• Our on-site toilets are wheelchair accessible and conveniently located at our reception area.
• Yes, we do accommodate Assistance Dogs! While we don't have a specific designated area on-site, there are grassed areas nearby our reception where Assistance Dogs can be taken for toileting. Additionally, we have a water bowl on site for them to use.
• Access card holders can bring a carer along for free, giving one additional person the chance to enjoy all the same activities at no extra cost!
• The safety briefing video that participants watch before their zipline experience includes audio instructions. Additionally, our team members are on-site and experienced in relaying visual information for those who may need extra support, ensuring everyone feels informed and prepared for their adventure.
• Our zipline safety briefing video includes subtitles for accessibility. While we currently do not have a sign language interpreter on-site, our staff are more than happy to repeat instructions and provide any additional support needed to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.
