Access guidance
- Harlequins provide a fully seated stadium (no standing areas) and should supporters struggle to que upon entry, please show our helpful stewards your access card in order to skip ques into the Stadium
- Harlequins provide ample accessible seating in the front rows of both our East & West Stand (Sides of the Pitch) at a discounted rate. This ensures that those supporters that are in wheelchairs or are unable to manage step access are able to attend and watch al of our fixtures. We also have a dedicated wheelchair accessible entrance located at Gate 1.
- The Club can provide a Radar key which can be collected from the Quinformation Point located behind the Ticket Office at Gate 3 in the South East Corner (What 3 Words: visits.suffer.guides), however, we would recommend that those supporters that require a Radar Key ensure that they bring one to each fixture.
- Harlequins welcome Assistance Dogs. If you are bringing an assistance animal to the stadium please let us know by calling 0208 410 6000 or emailing us at supporterservice@quins.co.uk to ensure we can meet your requirements.
- Ambulant and non-Ambulant Supporters are welcome to bring Personal Assistants or carers with them to The Stoop if required. Supporters requiring an accessible seat will need to contact the club at supporterservice@quins.co.uk or by calling the team on 0208 410 6000 outlining their disability access requirements and, if required, reason for requesting a Personal Assistant. This will be submitted together with supporting documentation for proof of eligibility. The Club will offer one complimentary ticket to each supporter that requires a PA or Carer providing the below requirements are met. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis so we will be happy to assess your documentation on its own merits.
- Yes, you are able to purchase a Fan Radio which will provide you a detailed commentary throughout each fixture from the Quinformation Point located behind the Ticket Office at Gate 3 in the South East Corner (What 3 Words: visits.suffer.guides). The cost of a Fan Radio is £20.
