Located in London's iconic Hyde Park, Winter Wonderland is the world's ultimate destination for festive fun. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland runs for six magical weeks from November to January, with a variety of attractions, activities, entertainment, food, drinks and so much more. From high adrenaline rides to family-friendly performances, classic festive treats to the newest in London's street food scene, and cosy fire pit bars to mythical ice kingdoms – we guarantee there's something for everyone. Make the most of your festive season in true Winter Wonderland style! During the winter, the event opens from 10:00am to 10:00pm daily, excluding Christmas Day. Mornings are great for families, where you can explore Winter Wonderland at a leisurely pace. When the evening comes around, Hyde Park is transformed by thousands of sparkling lights – so grab your mulled wine, hot chocolate, or stein of Bavarian beer and get ready to join in the festive fun. Access Card notes
Step 1 - Register with Nimbus If you already have an Access Card or an IMG Digital Access Pass, then this step is completed! Go to step 2. If you still need to apply, use the link found below Step 2 - Book Your Tickets Go onto the Winter Wonderland Website and select "Book Now" to book your tickets. You can select Essential Companion entry tickets, ride tickets and accessible facilities that you need and add them to your basket. Step 3 - Enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass (DAP) Details When you reach the payment page where it asks for your payment card details, it will also ask for your Access Card or your DAP details. Step 4 - Complete Your Order Your Tickets will be emailed to you.

Access guidance
- - There are accessible entrance lanes at Green, Gold and Blue Gate. - Red Gate, at the north of the site (See Map), is our Family entrance which is typically quieter than our other entrances. The Blue Gate at Hyde Park Corner and Gold Gate at Marble Arch can get very busy at peak times.
- - All our entrances are accessible and step free using the park's own tarmacked paths. Once you are in the event you will find that event area is covered entirely in temporary trackway. Please bear in mind that temporary track can be uneven at times and not completely flush to the ground due to its impermanent nature. - Information Points and Box Offices have lowered counters for service. - Not all food and drink trader outlets have step free access or lowered counters. - Some of the rides at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland do not have step free queue lanes. - The Ice rink is wheelchair accessible. Please note that there is a maximum of five wheelchairs per session, unless otherwise arranged. - Electric wheelchairs must be switched to the manual setting whilst on the ice. If you are attending the Ice Rink with a wheelchair it is advised that you attend with a carer or assistant as Winter Wonderland staff will not be able to fulfil this role. - The Ice Slide within the Magical Ice Kingdom is not step free. - In Bar Ice the bar is wheelchair accessible however there is a maximum of 5 wheelchairs users per session, unless otherwise arranged. - In Bar Ice there is lowered seating and lowered bar counter. - At the Giant Wheel there is maximum of 1 wheelchair user per pod. The capacity of the pod is reduced to a total of 5 guests (1 wheelchair user and 4 guests). - We have a lowered workbench that is accessible for wheelchair users at the Ice Sculpting Studio. - The Circus Private Boxes are not wheelchair accessible. - Due to the nature of the Real Ice Slide, unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible and there is not step free access at The Real Ice Slide. - We do not have wheelchair hire available at the event. - There are no turnstiles at the entrances to the event. - Access to the accessible toilets via level access - Access to the high dependency units via level access
- Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is a large event and can take approximately up to 30 minutes to walk from one side of the event to the other during busy times. We would ask that guests allow plenty of time to get to their chosen area of the event site during peak periods.
- There are accessible toilets throughout the park within majority of toilet block units. 2 x changing places units are detailed on the event map. All accessible toilet facilities require a RADAR key for access. If you do not have your own, please do speak to a member of our customer services team at the Information Points.
- All dogs, including assistance/guide dogs are welcome in the event but unfortunately, they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides or some pre bookable attractions due to the temperature or nature of the attraction.
- Access Cards with +1 accepted as proof for a free companion ticket for entry, attractions and ride companion wristbands.
