Access guidance
- If there is a queue, make yourselves known to our team and they will invite you to jump the queue.
- The mini golf is completely wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately because of the Dino Dig being on bumpy soil, wheelchairs will struggle on ii. Please see the Access Tour at the bottom of the page for more information.
- There is a large carpark with accessible parking right outside the office. We also have plenty of places to lean on throughout the experience. There is a bus stop approximately 50m from our carpark, but then you have to walk across the carpark too. Please see access tour for more info.
- We have two accessible toilets, our staff will point them out to you when you arrive and escort you there discretely if you so require.
- We love dogs, and have water bowls available. Registered assistance dogs are welcome inside our store.
- We will slow down our speech and write things down where required. We will talk with the guest to ensure they are comfortable and feel understood and respected.
