Access guidance
- we have a 'Green Card' system in place which is designed to help those with conditions that may make queuing difficult. The holder of a Green Card is allowed to fast track to the front of the queue of the main attractions with one other person accompanying them. If you would benefit from one of these passes then please read more about the Green Card System before requesting one upon arrival at reception.
- Most areas of the park are accessible by wheelchair (not the Forest Tower, Wild Water Coasters, Red Squirrel Trail, NetworX and climbing activities). Wheelchair users can explore the pinewood forest at Ancient Forest Adventure
- To use a toilet in safety and comfort you may need to be able to access a Changing Places Toilet (CPT), which has space and the right equipment a high adjustable changing bench, a peninsular toilet and a ceiling hoist. You can find more about the nearby facilities at ww.changing-places.org. The closest facilities to the park are Aviemore Primary School and Community Centre, Tiso Aviemore, Craig Maclean Leisure Centre Grantown on Spey, Caberfeidh Horizons Kingussie and various spaces in Inverness.
- Yes, all dogs are welcome at Landmark provided that they are kept on a lead and under close control at all times. For safety reasons, dogs are not able to accompany visitors onto the rides. Due to the nature of the environment and animals inside the Butterfly House, all pets are strictly prohibited in this area. Please note that this also includes guide dogs, hearing dogs, and registered assistance dogs. Although this area is off-limits, dogs are welcome in many other areas of the park
- Those registered as disabled are required to purchase a day ticket, but an accompanying carer will get complimentary entry. Anyone that wishes to be admitted in the park for free as a carer will need to present proof that the person they are with requires their care.
- A limited number of wheelchairs are available at Reception on a loan basis. We regret that wheelchairs from Landmark cannot be taken out in to the car parks. At this current time we do not have electric wheelchairs.
