Access guidance
- Priority entrance can be arranged for people who are unable to queue. This can be done be talking to a member of staff at the stadium entrance.
- There is wheelchair- accessible seating at the stadium. More information on this can be found on: https://www.london-stadium.com/accessibility. In addition, the stadium has doors dedicated for disabled access. There are also five ticket office windows, located at the West Ham United Ticket Office which have been lowered for the accessibility of wheelchair users.
- Blue badge parking spaces are limited and there is no public car park at the stadium.
- There are accessible toilets on all levels close to wheelchair bays. These accessible toilets include: a height-adjustable changing bencher hoist and room for up to two PAs.London Stadium has three changing places facilities, two situated on podium level, and one on the Stadium's upper tier. There are accessible toilets and changing rooms situated across London Stadium. Call 0208 522 6001 for more information.
- Assistant dogs are welcome at the London Stadium, but must remain with owner at all times. Assistant dogs are also welcome to sit in the wheelchair bays with their owner.
- Induction loops have been installed into the Ticket Office.
