Access guidance
- Unfortunately we don't have onsite parking due to the location of the centre. The street at the rear of the attraction (Bonny Street) can however be used as parking for blue badge holders, and there are 2 council operated car parks located less than 100m away from the main entrance.
- We have two Disabled Toilets within the attraction; the first is on the Ground Floor in our Big Night In area (next to Keith Lemon) and the second is in the Festival Fields area.
- For any guest visiting who requires a carer we provide one carer ticket free of charge to ensure everyone can visit our attraction. Carer tickets can be booked here. All guests who require a carer will need to provide proof upon arriving at the attraction.
