Access Card notes
To get your essential companion ticket, you will need either an Access Card with a +1/+2 or a MCM registration ID that has the +1/+2 allocated. Once you have this, please enter your Card/Registration details into the MCM London form. This scheme will enable you, if eligible, to book essential companion tickets or carer pass online for MCM Comic Con. STEP 1: Complete your MCM Access Registration via Nimbus Once approved you will receive your registration number. Remember to keep a close eye on your emails, including your junk folder for confirmation or any requests for further info. STEP 2: Link accounts and get an Essential Companion discount code Now you can use your Access Card ID or Access Registration number to link your account to MCM and receive an Essential Companion code. This will allow you to purchase your Essential Companion tickets on their website. Once you enter your details, you will automatically be shown your unique Essential Companion. Link you account here: https://app.accesscard.online/form/mcm/ If you have a +2 on your Access Card or Access Registration, contact the MCM team directly for assistance. Use the email mcmbirmingham@reedexpo.co.uk STEP 3: Purchase tickets using the Essential Companion Code Enter your Essential Companion code that will start with "EC" in the box on the ticketing site. This will then reload the page with Essential Companion ticket options. Select your tickets - one for yourself and one of the same type that says "Essential Companion" for your carer. Ensure these are the same ticket types so you and your carer can attend the show together. Any discrepancies may result in ticket cancellation and revocation of the carer pass. If you are planning to attend for more than one day, you can purchase all of your tickets at the same time using the one EC code. When you continue to your basket, you will see your tickets are full price and your Essential Companion tickets will show as £0.00. STEP 4: Complete the checkout process Ensure you see a confirmation page indicating your order has been successfully processed. You will also receive a confirmation email. Important: You must complete the steps above to secure your tickets before arriving at the event. Ticket availability is not guaranteed, so please finalise your purchase as soon as possible to ensure you get your tickets.

Access guidance
- We realise that for some, standing and waiting for long periods of time is not possible. For that reason, MCM London has dedicated queues for those requiring special assistance. Show Entry West Entrance – Easily accessible from Custom House station, Carer pass holders, and those requiring special assistance can enter here. East Entrance – Closed to the general public this entry is only open to those who require special assistance and will be escorted by a member of staff to the main Queue Hall. Queue Hall – In the queue hall you can find additional support at the accessibility desk Undercroft – Weekend and Priority ticket holders who require special assistance are permitted entry through the undercroft and will be escorted by a member of staff to the West Entrance carer desk. Please note: during general entry hours all attendees requiring special assistance will need to enter via the West Entrance. Panels Reserved Seating is available at all stages for those with Special Assistance Stickers on a first come first serve basis. A Special Assistance queue is available at the Main Stage and that queue will be allowed in first to give enough time to find reserved seating before general entry. While other stages do not have dedicated special assistance queues, if you require special assistance in those areas simply make yourself known to staff. Reserved seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
- We know the show can be alot, so this year we've added extra seating throughout the venue and an extra hall just for additional seating in hall S8. We've also worked with the venue to reserve some boulevard seating for those who need it most.
- This scheme will enable you, if eligible, to book essential companion tickets or carer pass online for MCM Comic Con. If you book tickets before 15th September, you can have tickets posted directly (no more queuing on the day to collect carer passes!) or if you order after 15th September, you'll have an easier and quicker pick-up process on arrival at ExCeL London. If your Access Card has a +1 allocated, you will be able to link your details to claim an offer code. This offer code will give you allow you 2 purchase 2 tickets for the price of 1.
- A number of panels at MCM London will be equipped with a BSL interpreter. You can see which panels are supported by a BSL interpreter on the app, or on the schedules displayed in front of each stage.
- We will also have multiple quiet rooms located at N1 Lower, S5 Lower, & S10 Lower if you need a place to escape the noise of the show floor. Please note this room is not manned by staff. If you are not feeling well, you must reach out to a staff member or alternatively contact +44 78 18 988 748 with your location so someone can assist.
