- Visitors with reduced mobility The attraction is wheelchair accessible throughout the attraction. Peter Rabbit™: Explore and Play is located on the ground floor with no additional access levels. The majority of our facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to our guests with additional needs. For safety reasons, motorised scooters are not permitted within Peter Rabbit™: Explore and Play. We do have wheelchairs available to hire onsite; however, this is limited and subject to availability. To hire a wheelchair please speak to a member of the team on site.

- Peter Rabbit™: Explore and Play offers free entry to carers or essential companions of those with disabilities. All tickets must be pre-booked online in advance, therefore, please book your ticket via our website and then for your carer, please scroll down in the webstore and select the free carer option.
- If you prefer your visit to be less crowded and loud, we recommend you visit when the attraction opens early for Autism Friendly quiet hours. Contact us for more information Strobe lighting is used in parts of the attraction and can be switched off upon request.
