Access guidance
- We understand some guests require additional assistance and offer priority boarding. This is valid for guests with disabilities only. This will allow eligible guests to queue via the ride's exit lane. Guests will be required to provide evidence of eligibility, this would include; Evidence of receipt of Personal Independence Payment/Disability Living Allowance Consultant letter/report/diagnosis Disability travel ID with photograph For more information, please visit our website.
- Wheelchairs can be hired at the Park (on a first come, first served basis). Mobility scooters can be hired from Reception (on a first come, first served basis).
- Disabled toilets are available throughout the Park, their location can be obtained from our Park map or downloaded from our website.
- Assistance Dogs are welcome.
- We offer a concession rate of £17.50 per guest. All tickets must be pre-booked online. We ask for one of the following documents to support the ticket price: A certified NHS Letter from your doctor or consultant clearly stating why you are eligible for the policy A DLA, DWP or PIP letter A blue badge along with an additional form of photographic identification
- For guests with photosensitive epilepsy and similar conditions please be aware that we have a number of photo opportunities across the park. Some rides may contain strobe lighting which may also be unsuitable for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Some of our rides may include sudden movements and may be unsuitable but not limited to those suffering from including muscular skeletal issues, previous or current back and neck injuries, those who are or believe to be pregnant, heart ailments or breathing difficulties.
